Wow that's not what I would have expected, that now makes me worry a little bit about it, I know you are doing the best and nature can't be controlled.

Wow...so when you run into a problem like this....does it end up they can't have the implants done or do you finish surgery at later date while mouth heals from this? Just curious how this all works out after complications

Damn, even as a dentist that does a lot of surgery, that was gnarly. Reconstructing the sinus? Never seen that before

Hey Doc 👋 Great work per use!! Question, is infection what caused this? Did the patient have problems with pus pockets on the roof of their mouth? Or is/was there a different issue? Greatly interested in knowing more. Asking for a friend lol 🙃

@@implantsecrets Thx Doc for answering my question! If u don't ask, u don't kno, haha! I have SOO much respect for dentists that are like u. I've seen basically every video of yours. The teaching, explaining of what your doing helps others & helps patients understand the types of procedures & showing solutions to all the different problems!! I hope one day dental care is looked at as health care, because that's exactly what it is! Doc, ur to be applauded!! 👏🏼👍🏻Much respect!!!

@@rebeccajns Thank, I hope the same… The insurance companies need to recognize this. Our oral health has so much to do with our health… Thanks for watching and being a great support!

What is the white stuff made off?? And I assume the person is sleeping during this procedure?? How long does it take to heal??
@implantsecrets

Yes she us asleep. We use general anesthesia for the “All on 4” procedure. From surgery to the permanent teeth is usually 4 - 6 months healing time.
