Hi Nick, Amazing video and excellent effort like always. I just wanted to say thank you. Your videos have helped me so much. I had a 5k PB attempt today at Parkrun and I smashed it I got a 20:34 and I'm pushing for my first ever sub 20. At 3k I heard your voice , I was getting the demons really bad and my legs were screaming and my head was saying no but all I heard was your voice, your commentary when your talking over one of your races about pushing so hard, "this what we train for" fighting those demons and i just zoned out and hung on to somebody and got through it somehow. Thank you and keep up the amazing content.

I'm 23 years old started running in December last year. My aim is to reduce weight I'm 10 kgs overweight. Right now I can run up to 3.6 km non stop.. I'm aiming to run 5k which I have never done in my life. With my current pace when I hit 5k for the first time It would be around 27-28 mins. I follow your content to stay motivated. You will be the first person whom I'll let know when I hit 5k for the first time. Congratulations on this race 🎉.

I appreciate that bro. Yeah man the best thing I done was increase my base mileage. When I ran my 16:30 5k I was doing 35miles a week. I was running 5 miles a day 5 times a week (Monday - Friday) + 10miles on 1 day (Saturday). Also, on every run I did, at every hill I got to I sprinted up it no matter what. I hope that helps man wish you the best. @@JM-rm3lt
