You bring some of my pain points up. We can test and find something wrong, find ways to prove fault, then make recommendations. I am dealing with a situation right now that my tech was onsite for quite a while, shop owner not happy with the bill. Yes document everything!

Excellent video I feel with very good advice. Document document document I’m just a retired aircraft mechanic / Diyer but in any field documentation will save your butt. Thanks for sharing. Artie you also have a good safe weekend. 😊
