St. Albert is the only place on the planet after all the places I've visited or lived that I could ever really call home. Greatest feeling I have just in my planning to move back soon!

To answer your question, I love all the outdoor skating rinks and indoor, outdoor pools like Grovsner and indoor like Fountain Park, I loved my education and friends, including attending Sir George Simpson and Paul Kane. I love the park near the train briddge, and the Grandin and Glenmore area as I grew up around there, but the whole city is spectacular. I'm totally blind now and planning a move home there soon to rent an apartment and write my music. As a blind person, I love that I can remember there is literally a sidewalk on both sides of virtually every street and arbourists keep branches out of facial reach there probably greatly owed to the hard work of my mom calling City Hall in the 90's requesting it for me and my brothers. I loved St. Albert Centre as my first job was at age 13/14 working for the opthomologist there transfering his patient medical cards into his then new computer, but my grade 10 work experience course was completed at the Hudsons Bay Company there. I got to sell banking services for a while in the Canadian tire, and remember the joy of working in the kitchen of Cafe Perron/which used to be called Mona Lisa's. I must have skateboarded, biked and otherwise trek'd every street in St. Albert with all my good friends during my adolescent and teen years. Now that I'm approaching the half a century milestone of my life, I can now honestly think of no greater place in the World to be, back home in my home town! I love St. Albert! Hope to be there soon!

We are going to come to St. Albert under the CUAET program. Dad, mom, two daughters 5 and 3 years old. Please advise which area of St. Albert we should choose. Where the rental price will be lower. Where there will be a school and a kindergarten nearby. Thanks.

There is one hospital in St.Albert - the Sturgeon Community Hospital. There are many more hospitals in Edmonton and the other surrounding communities.

Hi! You made a number of videos about advantages and disadvantages of living in Edmonton and its suburbs. I heard that Edmonton has higher crime rate than some other Canadian cities. Can you address this in one of your future videos?

Edmonton has a pretty high crime rate. However most bog cities like Toronto and Calgary have the same crime rate.

Hello! Thanks for watching, I can’t speak to other cities crime rate. I do know that there are certain areas in the city that have more crime than others in Edmonton. There’s sadly no way to completely avoid crime in any large city.
