🤧Allergy meds crowd our stores, but which one should you choose?
✅The answer is really up to you and your doctor but here are my general recommendations.
📝First line: some combination of daily Zyrtec (cetirizine), sinus rinses, Flonase (fluticasone) or Nasacort.
🌟It's important to remember that allergy meds are NOT likely to work immediately and must be used continuously for a period of at least 2 weeks (I usually say 4). This is to really decrease the threshold for the histamine release in your body and let it get back to baseline.
🤥🥸Afrin abuse is real especially in the impatient 🙄😆. Please don't buy that triple pack! I'll know you're an addict if you do 😂. Seriously though, I'd highly recommend seeing an ENT doctor to help you solve the immediate and long term problem for your congestion.
