RECIPE of a delicate panna cotta made from homemade almond milk and mango:
🍮 Place 2 cups of overnight soaked and peeled almonds in a mixing bowl.
Add 2-4 cups of water.
🍮 Process in a blender until smooth.
🍮 Strain the almonds through a nut milk bag, fine cheesecloth, or a thin cloth.
🍮 Add 4 and a half teaspoons of gelatin to half a cup of milk.
🍮 Bring the remaining one and a half cups of almond milk to boil.
🍮 Whisk together gelatin mixture and hot milk.
🍮 Add 1 cup of Greek yogurt.
🍮 1-2 cups of mango puree. You can use fresh or frozen mango.
🍮 Add 4 tablespoons of honey.
🍮 Slowly pour the mixture into molds or dessert bowls.
🍮 Refrigerate for 8 to 12 hours.
🍮 Top off with a spoon of mango puree over each Panna Cotta.
