150gr mentega/margarin/mix
(Saya 50Gr corman amf, 50gr corman patisy, 50gr wisjman)
25gr gula halus
1/8 sdt garam
1 kuning telur
50gr keju parut
25gr susu bubuk
250gr terigu protein rendah
- Mixer mentega, gula halus dan garam 1 menit
- Masukkan keju parut dan kuning telur, mixer 1 menit
- Masukkan susu bubuk dan terigu, aduk rata hingga menjadi 1 gumpalan utuh
- Simpan di kulkas 30 menit atau semalaman
- Ambil adonan dengan sendok takar masing masing 1 sdt setara 6gr, lalu bulatkan
- Panggang dengan oven yang sudah di panaskan suhu 140C api atas bawah selama 25-30 menit tergantung oven masing masing

300gr dark compound
50gr Coklat couverture
250-300gr almond Dice panggang
- Cairkan coklat compound di atas panci berisi air panas hingga 1/3 coklat mencair
- Angkat lalu aduk hingga seluruh coklat mencair
- Masukkan Coklat couverture aduk hingga mencair sempurna
- Masukkan almond dice aduk rata
- Balur seluruh permukaan cookie dengan coklat, tata diatas papercup ukuran 5.5

25g refined sugar
1/8 tsp salt
1 egg yolk
50g grated cheese
25g powdered milk
250g low protein flour
- Mix butter, powdered sugar and salt for 1 minute
- Add grated cheese and egg yolk, mixer for 1 minute
- Add powdered milk and flour, stir well until it forms 1 whole lump
- Store in the refrigerator for 30 minutes or overnight
- Take the mixture with a measuring spoon, 1 teaspoon equivalent to 6 grams each, then round it
- Bake in a preheated oven at 140C, top and bottom fire for 25-30 minutes depending on each oven.

300gr dark compound
50gr Couverture chocolate
250-300gr roasted Dice almonds
- Melt the compound chocolate in a pan filled with hot water until 1/3 of the chocolate is melted
- Remove from heat and stir until all the chocolate has melted
- Add the couverture chocolate, stir until completely melted
- Add almond dice, mix well
- Cover the entire surface of the cookies with chocolate, arrange them on a 5.5 size paper cup
