Aloo Bhindi Sabzi Recipe

Serves 2
15-20 bhindi
2-3 potatoes
Heat pan, add 4-5 tbsp oil, once hot, add okra in batches and fry evenly on all sides. With a slotted spoon take it out and rest in colander to drain excess oil. Repeat same process with potatoes too. Once both ingredients are fully fried, remove all oil from pan, and reheat the pan and add the bhindi aloo. Now season with salt, 1 tsp haldi, 1 tbsp red chilli powder, 2-3 tbsp dhaniya powder, 1 tsp amchur powder and mix. Saute and toss for a minute and turn off heat. Aloo Bhindi Fry is now ready!
