o Green Chili 4-5
o Potato 2-3
o Salt (as per taste)
o Turmeric Powder 1 tbs
o Red Chili Powder 1 tbs
o Whole Spices (Garam Masala) as Required
o Dry Coriander (Crushed) 1/2 tbs
o Chicken Cube 1
o Water 4 Glass
o Rice (Soaked) 2 Glass
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
o Blend Tomato, Green Chili, Garlic, Ginger and Set Aside,
o In a Wok, Add Cooking Oil,
o Add Onion and Fry until Light Brown,
o Add Potato and Fry Well,
o Cover & Cook for 5 Minutes,
o Add Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Salt and Whole Spices,
o Mix Well,
o Now Add Blended Mixture and Mix Well,
o Cover & Cook for 5 Minutes,
o Add Chicken Cube and Cook Well,
o Add Water and bring it to a Boil,
o Add Rice (Well Soaked) and Mix Well,
o Cover & Cook for 5 Minutes,
o Add Green Chili, Dry Coriander (Crushed)
o Mix Well (Gently),
o Cover & Cook on Low Flame until its Done,
o Your Aloo ki Tahari is Ready to Serve.
