Alpharetta offers everything you need to live outside of the city without losing the busy lifestyle! There is always something going on and so many wonderful communities. As a local expert, if you or anyone you know are looking to relocate to the area feel free to reach out. I would be happy to answer any questions.

I was so hoping it would have a small town feel. I’m leaving Los Angeles so the last thing I want is to hear about what a city this is! A destination she said? Be careful what you wish for. Destination cities become destinations for beggars & theives & crime.

I don't think Alpharetta will become a "big city" like Atlanta or LA, though it certainly looks to be getting busier. That said, you can go a bit further north and have more rural areas while still having access to Alpharetta or Atlanta.

Alpharetta used to be bigger in size, but was split into 3 towns. Alpharetta, Milton and John’s Creek. It is a great place to live, because the area is nice, it’s close to Atlanta and close to Forsyth Country Georgia, which has the Suwannee Mountain Preserve Indian seats trails.

Ding ding ding! You guessed correctly! Alpharetta is too cramped now and has cameras literally everywhere. Not as great as it used to be. They've built too many apartments and got rid of all the good, reasonable restaurants. We are moving into the mountains now, where the air is actually breathable.

@@thevsigroup Reply 1 of 2 Fun Fact. There are places in Canada that historically enjoy warmer winters than Alpharetta (averaged between winter daytime and nighttime temperatures!). Notice how much warmer the January nights are especially! If you dig a little deeper, you’ll see the source of the information is NOAA (a US government agency). So please copy/paste the following google searches… 1. Alpharetta, Georgia average winter temperatures 2. Race Rocks, Canada average January temperatures

@@thevsigroup Reply 2 of 2 Notice how the winter daytime temperatures are comparable BUT the nights are MUCH milder in the Canadian location! That means that the winters are, in fact, warmer in the Canadian location (versus Alpharetta!). Does this weather fact surprise you?
