An expanding alternative protein ecosystem will necessitate a parallel expansion of people ready to work in the field. Given how new of a field it is, education and training programs can be hard to find. Most curricula dedicated to alternative protein education have been created thanks to the efforts of a handful of faculty and student champions. Partners from industry have been included in every step of the process to provide real-world perspective, inspiration, and experience.
Watch this webinar to learn from the team behind one of the first full-credit university courses dedicated to the science of alternative proteins at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill! The panel features course instructors, student catalysts, and one of many industry partners who play a regular role in the curriculum.
