I am a recent Hoka convert. I don't run but I do work on set. My most recent pair did have more of a slant forward and it contributes to back pain. It seems that the model varies on the slants

Interesting.. how can you run further with less cushioning. How does that work serious question

@@gordontarpley Thanks so much Gordon you answered so many questions i had. For 6 or more months now I've been doing 5k five days a week " treadmill" and it's not getting any easier, feels like I'm killing myself every day 😭😂 Looks like a need to learn now to run 😃 but I've known about not heel striking so don't think it's that. I always try midsole but maybe i need to land a little bit more forward on the foot!
