Love watching the progress on the chopper. If you want a long life out of your ratchets, it's best to not do final torque or breaking loose super tight fasteners with your cordless. Use a conventional ratchet or breaker bar to break the fastener loose, then use cordless to run a bolt out. They're really not designed for heavy torque situations. You can do it of course, but the tool will not last as long. Rock on P.M.!

Fun Watching, brings me back to the 80's and 90's when i was building bikes in my mother in laws sunken garage, she didn't have a car and my wife back then would take her where she needed to go and i would mow the lawn and trim the hedges in exchange for using the garage, built a couple metrics and 2 triumph tigers and my sporty chopper you've seen pics of, too old now arthritis in my hands makes for a long day in the garage lol.......So thanks enjoying watching you do it

Instead of the king and queen one piece seat a three piece seat. A solo seat for the rider ( ease of access to the battery and oil fill), a passenger pad and a separate pad for the back rust. Just a suggestion.

@Mrsmonkey5151 my personal opinion is either round or square... but they need to have visors. :-) I have two 4.5 inch round headlights with visors on my paughco springer. One on top of the other. I really like that. I have seen people use square led light bars, I personally don't like that look.... too modern looking. I saw a triangle mounted upside down... that was interesting. At the end of the day whatever you prefer. Check out videos of born free, the smokeout, the prowl, or full tilt boogie. Lots of good ideas there!!!
