The speaker knows the value of people very well, especially when they can place themselves at the service of clinical research. Over the years she has met Alzheimer patients that chose, along with their families, to place themselves at her disposal, though being aware that this would not improve their health conditions. In the research on anosognosia, also known as unawareness of disease, i.e. one of the symptoms that occur in some patients, the support of all the people involved - families and control groups - is essential. “To be open to clinical research is an act of generosity that allows people to become multipliers of regeneration."
