Sofia!!!!! I’ve been a listener since day 1!! Your podcast has grown so much; it largely has to do with your confidence!!! I think you needed to be put in this position to reveal your true calling. No gimmicks just straight to the point! I was floored when you had Robert Greene on, but now you got Amanda Knox…. So you’re basically an investigative reporter, therapist, revealer , teacher and my friend in my AirPods. So proud of you.. and sorry for any grammatical errors, I haven’t been to school in a minute. ❤ love you sloot!!! Still listening to the episode and so glad you guys took this approach 🎉🎉🎉

Sofia! You have come a long way. The fact that you have always remained true to yourself during all you’ve been through is the definition of resilience! I see both you and Amanda Knox as women who have come out the other side of terrible situations and have become better for it. Very inspiring episode ladies! Thank you ❤

Amanda in a recent interview said "I was getting lunch ready, I am chopping some tomatoes for lunch, and like a part of me was like I wonder if the person who's receiving this video is having a weird thought about watching me chop tomatoes" (She was a guest on Andrew Gold podcast 160, at @2:45) She gives us a clear picture of herself holding a knife and helping us imagine blood that resembles red tomatoes. I had a hard time picturing her in that scene, and she just helped me with it.

It's not surprising that thought would come to her mind as many pro-guilt would think exactly that without any suggestion from her. That's because the pro-guilt either don't know about or ignore the two court forensic experts' conclusion that there is no way that there could be no blood on that knife yet still have Meredith's DNA on it.

People are always looking for some kind of explations when there actually is none, women in general are masters of creating explanations for everything, and reduction usually is always, it's mans fault in the end. Famous philosopher Hegel once said: "woman is the greatest ironist when saying everything while not saying anything".

I was so excited to listen to this episode(not that I'm not excited EVERY week 😉)... I was OBSESSED with The Amanda Knox Case when it happened and sadly was very influenced by the media narrative. Years later, after hearing her story in her own words, I felt horrible for believing all the stories that were running rampant at the time. Anytime I see her anywhere, I still can't help but be interested in what she has to say. GREAT INTERVIEW!!

Who here has read her handwriting statement which she wrote willingly in English? I don't know of many Americans who are willing to read that.
@mytrip6991
14 күн бұрын
I have both her written statements from Nov. 6 and 7. I interpreted it the same way the ECHR did: it was a RETRACTION of her interrogation statements: "The Court therefore had to apply very strict scrutiny in assessing the fairness of the proceedings. It found as follows:" "Secondly, only a few hours after the interviews in question, Ms Knox had promptly RETRACTED HER STATEMENTS, IN PARTICULAR BY A TEXT THAT SHE HAD WRITTEN ON 6 NOVEMBER 2007 AT ABOUT 1 P.M. AND HANDED TO THE POLICE, BY ANOTHER TEXT WRITTEN ON 9 NOVEMBER 2007 FOR HER LAWYERS AND IN A TELEPHONE CALL TO HER MOTHER ON 10 NOVEMBER 2007 WHEN HER LINE WS BEING TAPPED. In spite of all that, six months later, on 14 May 2008, Ms Knox was charged with making a malicious accusation." Have you read her second written statement the next day in which she wrote: "I’m sorry I didn’t remember before and I’m sorry I said I could have been at the house when it happened. I said these things because I was confused and scared. I didn’t lie when I said I thought the killer was Patrick. I was very stressed at the time and I really did think he was the murderer. But now I remember that I can’t know who the murderer was because I didn’t return back to the house."

That's a fair question. I've always been of the opinion that it was the police that implicated Lumumba. It is safe to assume that Lumumba was a suspect, or a person of interest, prior to the "interview" when Knox implicated Lumumba, So that finger your pointing at Knox should also be pointed at the police too. They were in charge of that interview at 1:00am in morning; and again at 5:00am when they wanted to edit the 1:00am signed statement in favor of getting a 5:00am signed statement. A salient fact is that Knox retracted her statements within a day. Good thing she wasn't buying a car.

She implicated an innocent person yet she wants us to believe in her . She has no self awareness . She’s in denial of the brutality of her situation . She’s pathetic .
@williams.benjaminiii9043

@@xiomanaxoxoxo3212 Perhaps you are not so talented at self awareness. Your statement is riddled with confusion. 1). Who is "us"? 2). She knows much of society will forever doubt her. That's a significant what of what "they" are talking about up there. 3). You (and whoever "us" is), are not required "to believe in her" for any reason whatsoever. So stop feeling obligated. 4). She has self awareness. That's why she is invited to speak and be on podcasts. 5) Her situation is not brutal even if you say it is, so therefor she can't be in "denial". But: You have every right to conclude that she is pathetic. So do your imaginary "us" friends. As I have every right to conclude that your comment was very confused, that you value sneering over articulation and that you are most likely a female.

What university is your degree in Armchair Psychology from? The U of La-Z-Boy? Dr. Scott Barry Kaufmann, who is a cognitive psychologist, gave Knox a psychopathy test and he concluded that her "...psychopath score is extremely low extremely" and that she is "actually not a psychopath...not a psychopath according to my test and (she) actually came out quote strongly tipped toward the light side..." "... this is a scientifically valid test it's not just like the Meyer Briggs which isn't." She scored very high in "faith in humanity" and scored "very, very low in psychopathy as I already mentioned which is callousness and cynicism". She also scored "very, very low (in) strategic exploitation and deceit. Dr. Kaufmann discusses this starting at 43:42 on The Psychology Podcast interview with her titled "The Real Amanda Knox".
