Rounds: 1. Only throws jabs and no other punches. Jabs to the body and to the head. Be creative. 2. Move your head before and after every combination. 3. If you fight southpaw switch to orthodox. If you fight orthodox switch to southpaw. 4, 5, 6. Hit the bag as if you're sparring/fighting another person. Hit the bag like how you would fight in sparring. Imagine another person as the bag (could be somoene you fought before) and fight the bag as if it is them. 7. Don't get close to the bag at all. Hit the bag with straight punches and keep your distance. This trains you to fight shorter opponents. 8. Throw every punch with pure speed and no power. Basically just as fast as you can. 9. Throw every single punch as hard as you possibly can. 10. Stay lose to the bag the whole round and literally push the bag with your head and whole body weight. This drills when you are in the pocket with your opponent. Work the body and head and be sure to add blocks and counters as if you actually fighing on the inside with and opponent. Hope this helps! 👍

I'm a taller fighter so I don't like to drop too low otherwise shorter fighters can capitalize on it and catch me more
