Pleased your back doing some longer videos. I bought some touch up paint from you and saved my mum, hundreds after someone scratched along the rear wing and bumper corner. Black car and it looked awful. Got rid of loose paint, used G360 to buff out the white scrapes and used Paintgear Paint to go over it. Far from perfect job, but the paint match is excellent and she is now happy not to have to spend £400 plis getting resprays done.

After performing the repair method stated in this video (Cordless Drill Scratched Car Polishing Hack) - After working the polish in using the cutting compound and drill, how long does it last ? is this permanent? or the scratches will reveal themselves once again over time when the compound wears off ? OR this is a permanent type fix? i just want to understand better on how permanent is this repair method?) Thanks for another great video!
@timsampson2941

As I understand it, this is cutting through a very thin layer of lacquer, so the scratches will be permanently gone.

Great job! I am about to get this from the website, as well as the paint that matches my vehicle. Do you have any recommendations for Tesla Model 3 blue paint?
@cvrpov
Жыл бұрын
Hi, thanks for watching. If you just enter your car details into the website and we will do the rest. To speed things up our end if you can provide a paintcode that would make the order quicker. Fortunately Tesla are pretty good to find the paint code.. Its usually on a small plate/sticker in the door shut and will look something like "PPSB". Hope that helps. Martin

When you attached the orange pad to the drill, you spun it a bit...and dust went all over that mirror cover....then, instead of wiping the dust off with a tac cloth or just any microfiber cloth, you just started polishing it....that's sloppy work...
