i'm very glad you figured out the true pattern of the tiffin versus harding. you are so right about the image searches also if one person lists something wrong and someone does list similar or takes the name as truth and then lists theres as that and so on and so forth all of a sudden theres a bunch of ppl misinformed and possibly spreading the misleading information. vicious cycle lol. happens a lot with glass patterns especially since the moulds were passed around company to company a lot of times and if the pattern was changed at all the differences are hard to discern unless you know exactly what you are looking for

My Gran had the peach lustre set with laurel leaves, which she used often…but her pride and joy was a complete set of Bubble, in the pale blue. My Granther bought her the Bubble on their fifth anniversary, when it was brand new. It came out only for very special occasions, and lived in a glass front display case the rest of the time. She also had a large collection of teacups, each unique and very pretty. We bought her a new one every Mother’s Day. Very occasionally she would bring some out for tea with visitors, but they weren’t for casual use. The kitchen cupboard was filled with mismatched pieces of fine China that had once been part of expensive dinnerware sets. We used those for everyday…and I always wanted this kind of squared off plate with a flowing edge. She had a lot of depression glass for daily use, and my own love of glass came from living with all of hers. I still have her Jennet uranium glass lemonade pitcher in Cherry Orchard pattern…and I still use it.🖤🇨🇦

I remember twisting that metal on the side of the maxwell house coffee can! With the key that came on the bottom. As a kid, It would hiss with the freshness packed in when released and the smell of fresh coffee was delicious!! Even tho I never had coffee as a kid! I love it today!

Hi Scott. The yellow teapot looks English to me. I'm always afraid that all that strapping tape holding the lid in place is going to pull off all the luster from the teapot--when the tape is removed.
