This is terrifying but, it’d be kind of interesting to see this in a sea world exhibition. Well, what I've learned from people fishing for Bobbit worms, is that most of their power is in their jaws, while their thousands of little legs help move the body back inside its hole. It's literally blind, but uses its five feelers to search for prey. The person used a thicker mouse trap, hooks and an empty water bottle to snap at the head, then slowly drag it out of the hole. Pretty neat, actually! ^^

Yeah, I wondered how it survives in the ocean, when it already struggles to grab a dead fish. But now I realized, that it struggles exactly because the fish is dead. The worm doesn't have eyes after all and has to rely on his sense of touch to know where the prey is and that only works when it's moving and creating waves.
