2 жыл бұрын
Those holes and porosity are designed into the manufacturing process to cool down the discs from the heat generated during braking as well as reduce weight for better fuel efficiency. This way, you don't need to drill holes later to make ventilated discs, like how big manufacturers do.
@asmirann3636
2 жыл бұрын
@@SubramaniamLakshminarayanan Which holes !!! The ones between the inside and outside disk !!! If these are what this guy is talking about then he has no idea about disk brakes. This a standard design and you are right that these are designed to difuse heat much better. If these are not designed this way, then the disk would overheat, warp and eventually destruct. Because there would be no way for heat to escape, other than across the disk.

Unfortunately that’s the way it is, so you and I can afford a cheaper products, if this was made for example in the United States instead of paying 80 per rotor you’ll be paying at least 200 if it was made it in the United States
@rexkramer64

@@jsting23 These rotors aren't sold in the USA, probably only made to sell domestically in Pakistan or whatever the fuck. I've never seen a rotor new in a box machined on a lathe like that, they always have crosshatching on them. So luckily we won't be seeing quality this poor in the states.

It is a common mistake to judge these guys according to western “safety” standards. The west causes death and injury on a vast scale with it’s illegal foreign wars, Iraq, Afghanistan etc….

I wonder how they keep both braking surfaces parallel and within tolerances.Certainly not by positioning the disc twice on the chuck.

Amazing! These guys work hard for the money. And without any masks to protect them from inhaling that dust! And I'm sure a lot of these discs end up on the very own vehicles that we drive today!

If they don't like it, they could always go to another place that will give them free luxury hotel rooms, free food stamps, free medicare, all without having to do any labor at all, let alone unsafe, unless you consider going all around town all day and voting to be unsafe. .

Хорошая работа, но тема до конца не раскрыта. На начальном этапе отливался диск не вентилируемый, а обрабатывался уже вентилируемый тормозной диск. Но в целом работа не плохая.

These employees are truly dedicated to their job. Even under unsafe conditions, they're still willing to risk their lives to make products that are imbalanced, and products that have huge pits in the surface of the rotors still.
