Korean kitchens always look clean and spotless. Food looks amazing with such care and deep recipes. If I visited Korea I would spend all my money and time in the restaurants. These people have a lot of pride in their work and profession. Culinary experts....Thanks.

Hi, greetings from Argentina, that looks so good! But, i must say, that´s not exactly the way we do it, there are some similarities and several diferences (specally in the tecnology area). Must mention as well, that i own a tiny bbq grill shop. If you like i´m open for an exchange of opinions and pointers! Sorry for my english!!!!

Those are tiny dried anchovies and shaved nuts(cant tell if peanut or pine or almonds). The roasting process eliminates almost all fishy flavor but leaves a full salty umami. If you havent had it, you should give it a try. For the caesar salad he used larger fermented anchovies which def has a fishy flavor by contrast.
