Been a mechanic and welder for 27 years and have worked in industry standard, state of the art, air conditioned shops with every tool in the world at my disposal. I find these videos amazing. They're making it happen with barely any tools, archaic methods by 1950s standards on a dirt floor and the quality of the repair is pretty gd decent. It wouldnt fly in fleet maintenance a hot rod or race car shop. But damnit it will get the vehicle back out on the road and last for years. It's impressive.

Gobsmacked, amazing talent. My only suggestion, if I may, would be to make the cutouts before fitting on the core, to prevent metal shavings entering the core and to use pressurized air instead of a blowing into the core. It's a closer test to reality. Normal lung pressure might not blow a super thin weld, but pressurised air will. Amazing talent nonetheless.

Here again you can see how to do it sensibly! Quite great class! Super craftsmanship! I am always thrilled that in a poor country in contrast to Germany is worked so well and clean! This is not China garbage you can buy! I myself am a master mechanic and know what I'm talking about! I always like to watch your videos! Keep up the good work! Very nice greetings from Germany / Lower Saxony!

I used to build Rads in a factory in Ontario. Copper and Brass. Goes to show you that when there is a will there is a way. Hats off to these fellas. Crimping the header tanks on by hand.... I used machinery to do all the steps... This is how you recycle ♻

I always love the "imagine what he could do with proper tools" type posts on these videos. The end results would suggest he has the "proper tools" required. What people actually mean is that they couldn't do what he does without a workshop full of the latest and greatest in power tooling. We could probably all do it given the "proper tools".

I mean radiators only hold like 15-16 pounds of pressure. Easy to use mouth pressure to test for leaks

@@Ravishrex1 for you, dear friend, to eat well and sleep sweetly, these people in the countries of the so-called third world live like this. Once in my country, people lived the same way, but then they threw off the capitalists, defeated the most powerful army in the world, launched a man into space, gave the world a cure for Ebola and invented a vaccine for covid. Do not underestimate them, they are the best people living on the planet earth.
