Just went there yesterday!! The chicken was superb. Only thing was that it was already cooked when we got there but on the flip side she gave me a whole bundle of those clamps to take home. 🙌❤️

I like how in this video ying wasn't alone with the baby while you ate and had a good time. The last two videos felt that way and it's nice seeing her be able to relax and enjoy with you! This video definitely made me so much happier to see than the other two. I really enjoy the videos and I'm not trying to speak negatively it's just my opinion.

Very nice video of ayam percik. In Kelantan (which borders southern Thailand) normally the gravy is lighter and whitish in colour. Guess people in Southern Thailand like it spicier. Good video again Mark! :)

Hey Mark, another amazing food video there. That style of BBQ chicken is actually quite popular in Northern Malaysia (Kelantan), Singapore n Indonesia as well, within the Malay/Muslim community. We call it 'ayam percik'. Literally translated, that means 'splashed chicken'. But I've never seen the gravy caked so thick onto the chicken before. Looks delectable! :)

it's called "Chamuang Leaf" it's close relative of Mangosteen,, but it has sour taste instead. i will give you Thai language if you probably need. ใบชะมวง

I do the same my own BBQ sauce...but that's the way to do it best is to bathe, bbq, cool to rest, re coat & bbq again. I LOVE YOUR VIDEOS.. would love to go to Thailand with my kids because is our fav #1 food in the 🌎

Mark Wiens Mark what's the best way to drive from south Thailand into Malaysia or vice versa? I've got to make a food stop there from Malaysia. Last spring I think there was a lot of flooding at the border and they stopped the trains.

Nakhon sri thammarat is my hometown. My home is in Muang district. When I was a child I use to eat this food I love it so much, not only chicken it has beef version too and it tase very good. For now I live in Bangkok for long time. I miss it so much.

You can go to darul amman mosque in petchaburi. There are many food stalls there.. If you love arabic food, you can go to Nana, near Nana post office...lots of food vendors in arabic style there
