hi! I'm currently recovering from ha because of a low body weight and previously overexercising. However, exercise is a huge part of my life and I don't really want to cut it out completely. I currently do light strength training 4x a week, with much lighter weights, and I also incorporate some stretching and walking on certain days as well. Does this sound okay for ha recovery? :)

Mostly intuitive but sometimes in recovery I'd track to check I was on the right lines! xxx
