I realize the center electrode is only on the dual mags. I didn't realize that when I took this mag apart.

1st thing I always do is use liquid wrench or some other brand of penetration oil on all fasteners, it makes such a difference.

Wow! you found that one for $45.....!!! That is incredible. I rebuild and restore magnetos and that was a great find. whatever shape it is in...

@@JPN76 I just located an Allen distributer tester that I have been looking for ..for quite a long time. Anyone who has one seems to think that cars still use points and condensers. I guess people are buying them for their man caves which is great but I actually will be using the one I find. I not only found a great machine but I belief I may have made a new friend that has 40 years plus of auto mechanic experience.I am going to do my best to start my KZitem channel soon...thank you for the inspiration.

The magnets are decent for probably sitting for 40 years more or less. You can make a magnetizer but I am certain they will work well for quite a while.
