I have been on many of AC’s cruises. When you talk about accessibility, please do not assume that the individual can walk up a few steps into the bus. Always assume person in a wheelchair cannot walk. There are many who can walk, but the accessibility questions to ACL staff should be for persons who can’t walk. If the bus has no lift, do they call a van with a lift. If the visit mansions and historical places, are they able to get to the second floor. Most places you can get into the building but not upstairs or downstairs. I’ve been noticing that the older ships have two accessible staterooms. The new ones that just came out has only one and three of the deck plans I’ve seen had them on the 3rd deck which is sidewalk level. I don’t like 3rd deck staterooms because people walking on the dock can see into the room if your curtains are open. Since you’re asking about drink packages, i gather you haven’t been on one of these cruises.

You are correct. I have not. I never assume what people can do. I asked these same questions of all the cruise lines I could interview.
