American Donuts Covered With Chocolate 🍩
Ingredients:
Warm milk - 350 ml.
Sugar - 3 tbsp. l
. Yeast - 1 pack (7 gr.)
Eggs - 2 pcs.
Butter - 100 gr.
Vanilla sugar bag
A pinch of salt
Flour ~ 600 gr.
Pour sugar and yeast into the warm milk, let it stand for 10 minutes, meanwhile melt the butter. Add eggs, vanilla sugar, salt and butter to the sourdough. Gradually sift the flour and knead the soft dough. Flour may need +- . Cover the dough with cling film and put it in a warm place for an hour. The dough will rise twice. It will be soft, fluffy and just the most gentle. When you roll out the formation, you will see how it bubbles.
The layer should be about 1 cm thick . So the donuts will turn out to be perfect in shape 🍩
We cut out circles and holes inside. Fry the donuts in a large amount of vegetable oil over medium heat on both sides until browned. They are fried very quickly. We put the finished donuts on a paper towel to remove excess fat.
For the glaze:
Fat cream - 100 ml.

Heat the cream, break the chocolate, stir over the fire until the glaze becomes a homogeneous consistency. It will cool down a little, thicken and you can dip donuts.
