Some times repairs with antique trains are more than mechanical. Such is the case with this little Franklin Engine. So unfortunate past accidents led to the smoke stack appearing to have be broken, re-glued and then broken off causing more damage. While not a plastic repair expert I take up the challenge using CAD, 3D printing, filler, sanding, glue and paint to attempt a repair.
While this may be a bit like using a fire hose to fill a glass of water, I hope you find this interesting.
