I was married in Negril barefoot in the sand, at a hotel by the same name. Jerk chicken was very lean. Hungry define the appreciation.

I'm not sure what people think clean or tasty is. I've worked in kitchens, I love Jamaican food. In spirit that was Jamaican food. I have never eaten food like that. Sticking the fork into the raw chicken then into the cooked chicken? Even having the raw chicken beside the cooked chicken. I guess the Health department in Canada is doing a pretty good job.

Is it possible that well seasoned pot and pans are confused as being dirty? Pans used in baking especially busy kitchens use pans that are dark and stained from repeated use. Lighten up Viewers! If this kitchen was making customers ill, it wouldn’t be open for business!!!
@anthonyrowlodge5357

There's a difference between well used pots and pans and letting stuff cake on there and never bother to properly clean the outside of the pots and pans. Was a dishwasher for a restaurant that has been open for over 40 years and they had pots and pans that are over 20 years old that look barely used compared to those ones.
