One thing I love is that your not measuring every little thing to make sure people get as little as possible! You put what you put and look at it and even add more if needed! Looks like you make each sandwich according to if you were making it for yourself! Thank you! Oh and these look amazing!

The way they spread the toppings out as evenly as possible shows who ever is making those sandwiches takes pride in their work. A good sandwich has a nice mouthful of ingredients every bite. Good job.

OK I am hooked. The sharp provolone, eggplant, roast peppers in olive oil, onion, and broccoli rab, in a quality hoagie roll, JUST AWESOME! I used to work in a deli, but didn’t know what mortadella was. A lady came in and ordered it, but I thought she was saying mozzarella, so that’s what I gave her. How embarrassing!

The great beauty of a proper sandwich, [insert whichever local term you wish] is the THIN slice and piling on everything, I'm talking o/v, herbs, mayo for those who do, mustard, and a delicious smack from the heart. That's what makes a great sandwich. 👍 🤗👍❤️

I live right across the river from Philly, and I always tell everybody this: If you're going to do one thing in Philly, go to Reading Terminal Market. If you're going to do two things, go to Reading Terminal Market and listen to the Wanamaker Organ.

Machine slicing the lettuce, tomatoes and onions, those are details that sandwich shops around the world should consider. It makes a lot of difference.

Why mostly everything got cut with that slicer anyways. They just do it beforehand to handle the orders efficiently.

Love that all the deli meat was cut fresh and nice thin slices. Everything looked awesome and delicious, I like my chicken cutlets like this without the sauce which makes them into a chicken Parm.

First hoagie was in '67, Smedley's, owner asked if I wanted onions and cherry peppers, "no",(came to Philly from the midwest), he said, "oh, you want a chicken hoagie"
