Floor Jansen is so HOT! 🔥🔥🔥 I've been in love with her ever since she took over vocals for Nightwish! The guitar riff in the breakdown is more of their "new" sound sinve Floor took over. Their last album and the new album are the two albums that feature her as front woman studio wise, and the guitars are beefed up more. Great review as always!

Danny it was about technology, particularly the social media. But it was not saying it is bad. What makes it bad is our addiction to it. and the scene at the end is what we miss when our heads are are looking down at technology. I really liked this song. I have you and your family in my thoughts.........

As we always keep saying: Nightwish is best when live (and heavier too). Still this is a decent music video. Great visuals, clear message and all the band members as actors. The blonde chick is a Finnish Instamodel Jessica Edström doing there just about what she's doing her site, I guess. Thank you and be well!

First Nightwish song I heard was Bye Bye Beautiful and I got into hearing them through my favourite band, Within Temptation That song was just as good, if not better, than Bye Bye Beautiful and the video was absolutely bangin' Or, to steal a line from your shirt, that s**t was Too SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET (yes, wrestling fan here as well)

I've never heard of the band Within Temptation or the song Bye Bye Beautiful by Nightwish. This is the 6th song I've listened to by them and probably my least favorite (not that it's bad) but that's because the 5 others were epic songs; Ghost Love Score, Romanticide, High Hopes, Storytime, & Song of Myself. Some of Floor's high pitched vocals were super strong and the guitar breakdown near the bridge really stood out. Thank you for the view/comment and I hope you're staying healthy... peace ✌🤘😎

I like when Empuu's phone goes red because that symbolic that he is doing something different with his phone than the rest, and the others turn on him because he is not following along with the crowd.. and how classic is it that Kia is taking selfie pictures of the attack to post online instead of helping him..

The sexy blonde is Jessica Edström, who is playing... err... *herself* in the video, being a "sexy influencer" ;). Ah the irony on so many levels - really the platform of the release of the video, it's reception and reaction to, it's message, Edströms presence as herself... it's choke full of irony really ;). Best regards Raoul G. Kunz

It's my least favorite song from Nightwish that I've reacted to but still a solid one. The video is weird but has a powerful meaning that focuses on distraction (mainly from technology). More to it but that's what I got out of it. Thank you so much for your time 👊💪

Great video concept behind the music, very dark and ominous visually. I dig that personally. I have heard Nightwish music in the past but never seen this video before so its new for me too. I think the band as a whole is very talented, but not normally my cup O tea personally, I like my metal much heavier with a lot of brutal mixed in, this musically speaking is top notch. Anyways great reaction Danny boy aka Brock Lesnar

They are typically not how I roll as well BUT their talent has grown on me. I'm not a goth kind of guy... more of a Pantera type lad. However, they mix in a bunch of the necessary elements a great band encompasses. I want to dig further into their catalog and learn more about them. Thanks for giving me a little of your time, stud muffins :)

This song and video is a representation of this generations Brave New World/Matrix. From the beginning, in today's society, little ones are 'plugged in' when their parents hand them a phone to keep them pacified, out of their hair, and quiet. From that point it's a vicious circle of being bombarded by the falseness of what to think, feel, and how to behave, "Slave To A Brave New World". There is a real genuine immoral hypocrisy and virtue signaling that is going on; In the video they portray the environmentalist proudly protesting, who in reality is actually submerged happily bathing in the filth that he's protesting. The happy get quick-result pill pusher, who is really a depressed addict. The 'current' image driven ideal of beauty of being a lover of thy self, who 's beauty in reality is all artificially created. The 'child- conscious' mother posing with her 'doll-like' child, when in reality she's verbally abusing said child, caging it with indifference (also an acknowledgment of child trafficking). The 'woke' people sitting as if on pews scrolling religiously through their phones, in reality when one actually 'wakes' or steps differently from the 'crowd- thought' they are viciously attacked by said crowd... those onlooking instead of doing the ethically moral thing and helping the one being attacked uses the opportunity as a photo opp. The king that sits on a 'throne of power' that people present themselves to, in actuality that 'throne' is a golden toilet, a false position of power. Throughout the video, we are visualizing the age progression of that little baby from the beginning that was 'plugged in' until it's an old man who's video feed has just ended, when he passed... next to him is another 'plugged in' baby. A destructive image of the serpent eating it's own tail. The kicker to this video is two things. 1) The dark driving power of evil that is seen throughout the video in the form of the big black ever moving square screen behind the 'kings throne'. 2) All this immoral falsity represented, is taking place in the middle of the true natural beauty of God's creation... yet no one sees or feels that true reality because they are 'plugged in' and made blind to it. So very sad, yet a true representation of today's society. As always listen, appreciate, and enjoy!! God Bless!!!

Troy plays the king but in this vid. they mean a certain president sjitting on the toilet while twittering to the world....
@craigwiggins253
4 жыл бұрын
Why is it the President. They show the Capital building not the White House where the President stays at. Capital building, You know where Congress meets. Please don't try and say they didn't know. The band is smarter than that. Those are oil rigs, or derricks, on top of Troy's head. Trump has nothing to do with the oil industry. Maybe they are trying to show where, they think, the center of corruption and greed is located that represents all of man.
@pmasher

@@craigwiggins253 It is definitely a dig at corrupt governments as a whole and lobbyists, though I do think the golden toilet is a bit of a dig at Trump in itself.
@amax1229

Trump is the one weeding out the corruption, little by little, because it's dug in deep. Don't believe what the main stream media says about him, it's all lies. The media is as corrupt or more so than the government was when Trump was elected. Things are improving as the worst of the lot are fired or have their powers removed. Prosecutions couldn't take place while the DOJ and FBI still had rats running them. When Durham files his report(s) we will begin to see those prosecutions (I pray).
