The Z was not cheating, the normal pronunciation in the UK is 'zed'. The 2 Ronnies were essential viewing here and are still worth a look now, very clever stuff.

Always genius stuff from The Two Ronnies. Brilliant wordplay. They are national treasures in the UK just like Morecambe and Wise. I would love for a reaction channel to react to any of the short Laurel & Hardy films (20mins) like Brats or Twice Two. For me these are the funniest comedy duo to ever have walked the planet.

I love Laurel and Hardy, they are almost forgotten to the young generation. Some of my favorites are the WW1 and Inheritance shorts, can't remember the titles. Ollie's iconic look to the camera gets me everytime 😂

Excellent reaction , The full film comedy is on KZitem try 'Square peg Round hole' Norman Wisdom It would be interesting to see your take and reaction on British class system of the day inverted. As well your good at hearing picking up accents , Norman plays the down trodden small man and shows up the British class system as was and in some areas still is.

Part of the joke was the 'educational' series the BBC used to broadcast, that showed adults learning a foreign language, with very similar acting styles and scenes to 'In the restaurant' Believe it or not, the late great Bob Hoskins first acting role on tv was an 'educational' series that featured him as an Adult that was just learning to read and write

Hi Mandy, in the U.K. The Two Ronnies Xmas show along with The Morecambe & Wise Xmas Show, were staples for a good family Xmas for many years. They monopolised the Tv viewing public, especially as we only had 3 channels at the time. Both Comedy Duo`s are sadly missed but luckily they left a wonderful legacy.

My Dad would watch the 2 Ronnie's religiously, I never personally found it funny. However, I preferred them as individuals, and I loved Ronnie Barker in Porridge and in open all hours. I know these are well loved, especially with the older generation. Mandy, has anyone ever mentioned you would have a great voice for radio? Though, whenever said you are more suited to radio, it sounds like a vanity dig. Lol No other reactor has the ability to keep me entertained, even when the clips ain't my thing. Xx merry Xmas.

PT? you got there before i did 😂Ronnie Corbet (the little guy) used to do monologues in these shows - basically telling a 'dad joke' but in a very drawn out, 'round the houses' kind of way which was quite funny. their 'finales' at the end of the show were brilliant and well worth checking out.

This was another sketch I really liked. I was like you to start with regarding the letters. I am very happy to say you got it. I would like to correct you on one point. The British Pronunciation is correct the American is wrong. You will not believe what I am going to tell you but there is enough proof of it on KZitem. The People who REALLY RUN America, not the Government or Politicians, wanted the American Children and Students to be not very Intelligent. The Education System was changed to make that happen. Definitely an exaggerated German accent. A thick Swedish accent tends to sound a bit silly in a different way to German. The Scandinavian languages are softer than the German language, which makes them differ a fair bit from each other sound wise.

Skits like this completely lose dummies like me, who, once they actually get into the skit itself, folks like me only see letters and numbers instead of what they're trying to say. You had to rewind to understand. They completely lost me. I got what they meant when they said the words were in that form, but I get completely lost in translation once they execute it. It's just a bunch of letters to me. So, you finally understood it all after rewinding a few times, but I could rewind ten million times and not understand a thing. :(
