My ex-GF was from Argentina. They had courtyards and bars over all the windows and doors. The brick walls all had broken-off bottles embedded in the cement on top.... barbed wire on a budget. Sort of like each house is a castle. I presume you are fluent in Spanish? Edited: 12:11 solar-preheating of water is an ancient art. In Argentina, the homes had a concrete container on the roof for that. USA would save a lot of fuel if we used solar water pre-heaters. 17:47 Amazing, Probably won't hold up well if there is an earthquake. 19:01 It is called "rennet". 25:47 why would you ever leave that place. The underground oven is also very traditional in quite a few places around the world. Great to see these traditions alive. The fact that all of these structures are self-build by your family is great! Greetings from Germany. I absolutely loved the domed roof from the inside! What a grand sitting area. The coagulant for the milk is called rennet in English if it comes from an animal. There are other clotting agents as well on the market. No worries, I had to look it up myself. I'm always curious to pick up new vocabulary.😂😂 Beautiful, happy-looking animals. Kudos to your uncle! Mexican holidays are so colourful and families are big - this place would be filled with beautiful, dressed up people, eating delicious Mexican food, singing and dancing. Cuajo is also known as rennet. It solidifies the milk solids from the whey. One then cuts it up and drains off the whey. (I make cheese)

Hi Dan. It's -19C now and gonna be -21C/-22C in the next couple of hours. I was outside in 'my skinnies' for 1+ hours only a 2-3 hours ago, Yeah, the *Cold* 'hardens the *Mind & Soul*. My Neighbor asked Me a few times, He's a 100%-Swede said a few times, get-more-clothes. I told Him...I'm a Viking(Germanic-Kelt). Anyway, We finally after 2-3 hours got his car started. Saved Him surely 150-250usd$. Gonna listen NOW...to...*Dan the Man*. Hugs to Your Family & You ;) :)))

We have an abundance of trees, but trees are not good for making homes in such weather. We have average of 20-25C all year and the stone is optimal for keeping the house fresh all year. Wood is also not for making homes in this region because our ancestors didn’t use wood they also used stone and the ancestors know more than us 🤣🙏🏻

Hey! Just now I read the comments under one video, half of the commentators are sure that all Mexicans want to live in the USA, they would like Mexico to become part of the USA. Could you make a video about this and talk to people?

Alla en Rancho Grande.... Beautiful scenery. I see similarities to European farms. Also a lot like rural Texas. Though most recent farm buildings are built of steel now. Pajarete ? Superior to any protein shake. Too much competition for the corporations to allow here.
