I think obviously That Mylene won't say any provocative or too explicit words in French, the sonority is not the same besides as you said. And in France the word "fuck" is normal to use and never censored as in the US (the export version of this single was "F**k them all" with parental adversory, in France no censure is allowed, only if you make apologize to hate... That's an important différence between freedom of expression in France vs US :) Love you both

It was very random but an incredible experience. Her English is much better than she allows audiences to perceive. She spoke fluently - without hesitation.

A feminist title from Mylène! A very committed, even provocative text, it emphasizes the domination of men over women for centuries and imagines a society in which the roles would be reversed (see "nature is changing / "make love to us" etc. .). It also shows that behind the "great power" of man, hides the power and influence of women (the famous favortires of history are implied here). Reference also to Shcindler's list on the English passage. The crows that Mylène destroys were taken from her Nevermore 2023 tour, they surround the central aisle of the stage

Amazing video, and song. In my top. ❤ The video is filmed in Romania and Hungary. The director is already dead. Very meaningful video, as well as the text. The live version from 2006, at the end of the concert, is epic.

Nice interpretation of the video ! Thank you for your reaction !! Also the profanities are kinda less aggressive in French for us because our equivalent of the F word is pretty much a punctuation word in French 😂 so it sounds better in English. Also there's less syllables so it's more direct, to the point I guess.

Enjoyed watching this and agree with your interpretations. I've watched this clip a bunch of times and still haven't completely figured it out. Mylène spent a lot of time in the USA in the decade leading up to this song, so she knew exactly what she was saying when she chose the words.

Mylene Farmer is a Christian Scholar as well as being an actress. She knows some SCARY facts about the End Time Events and Disasters that just a few people in the world know. I acknowledge Her as an Iranian Muslim Man. She has read the Bible and the important book of christianity: "The Inspiration Of Yuhannaa" completely. ❤🇲🇫🇲🇫🇲🇫🇲🇫👸😻

Mylène is an excellent rider and in France, we do not censor artists. Simply the clips are not broadcast at prime time to protect children. Otherwise we have freedom of expression and we are neither hypocrites nor puritans like in the USA where you put Bibles everywhere. We are freer than the country called “freedom”.

*The Wolf HunterZ* Hello, For *Automatic subtitles* : Click on the settings icon (gear) at the bottom right of the video's window. Click on *"Subtitles/CC (1)"* ⇾ Click on *"French (auto-generated)"* ⇾ Click on *"Subtitles/CC (1) French (auto-generated)"* ⇾ Click on *"Auto-translate"* ⇾ In the drop-down list that appears, find the language of your choice (English, for you), and click on it. Note: When the channel owner has added the subtitles (French here in this case), it is preferable to select them rather than choosing those generated by YT automatically. Automatic translation into your language will only be better. You're welcome. ☮😊

I liked the video but when you said that German is the most aggressive language I took it back. It's only agressive if you speak it aggressive. Some Eastern European languages sound way more agressive...

This song is about the status of women, it's a femisitre song. She is therefore deliberately rude with this type of title for her song ... the crows and the scarecrows are the representation of the violence of matchism. thank you for your often sensitive reactions. paulm

Actually I think almost every country in the world uses the F**K word just like we do and knows it's meaning. Remember, when ever someone is learning a new language, they always learn the cuss words first. America might have made it famous, (when I say America I actually mean the US) but we actually learned it from England. Just like the word 'aint'. English teachers will tell you that is not english, even though it comes from England and is spoken there. Englanders "are not speaking ENGLISH" (according to english teachers). I think the video is saying we all get stepped on and then we just fade away. Remember, she wasn't there to begin with because she saw herself in the grave after she was already dead. The entity you saw was her mind holding together what she last remembers what she looked like. There was no atoms there because there were no nutrons to hold the electrons and protons together therefore all you saw was static electicity that's why it dissolved into thin air. She gave up. It's like ( I travelled all over the world and all I got was this lousy T-shirt, THANKS ALOT).

I agree with Jon - "Ashes to ashes, dust to dust." There is almost always a religious twist or two in her videos. Usually a cross or crucifix, in this one - a field full of them.
