Peas pulav Measurements
Basmathi rice - 2 cups , wash and soak for 20 mins
Water is 3 cups (the ratio I used is 1 cup rice : 1.5 cup water) - it will vary based on the age of rice
Peas adjust between 3/4 cup to 1 cup (as per your choice)
Ground nut oil - 2 tblsp
Ghee - 2 tsp
Pandan leaves 1 strip or 2 bay leaves
Cinamom - 1 inch stick
Cardamom - 4 nos
cloves - 4 nos
Stone flower - 6
Sha jeera - 3/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 3/4 tsp
Fennel seeds - 3/4tsp
Kadai Paneer
Ingredients
Oil , cardamom,cinnamon,stone flower, clove
Grind together- onion ,garlic,green Chili, ginger
Others
Tomato, onion , capsicum, paneer ,Chili powder, salt , coriander powder, Garam masala , water as needed
