Can also begin with, "Yes, one, and in this manner." Rosalind tells Orlando the story of how she "cured" a lovesick "madman" - in order to convince Orlando to come visit her while she pretends to be... Rosalind. Yep.
This is a prose monologue so it's not suitable if you need a verse monologue, but it's quite a fun, relationship-driven monologue that's a good alternative to Rosalind's "And why, I pray you?".
