This is the first of four guides where I speak on army composition. I go over how I would build what I consider a balanced army that should be able to take on just about any kind of opposing army. I lay out my general principles and explain how each of the four factions I demonstrate use the principles and adapt based on their advantages. I demonstrate Parthia, Pontus, Sparta and Iceni.
