Ingredients:
1 kg spinach
500 gr minced meat
100 ml olive oil
1 head of garlic
1 tbsp coriander
1 tbsp black pepper
Salt to taste
Preparation: Wash the
spinach leaves well together with the stems.
Chop the stems finely, and the spinach leaves coarsely.
Add the spinach leaves to a deep frying pan or saucepan.
Make a small fire and simmer for about 10-15 minutes, do not cover with a lid.
During the cooking process, everything will decrease by half. The juice will start to stand out from the spinach, drain all the juice, we will not need it.
Remove the spinach to the side.
Preheat the frying pan, pour olive oil (or vegetable oil),
then add garlic (through a garlic press), coriander, black pepper and fry until light golden brown. Then put the minced meat, fry the minced meat until ready.
After the minced meat is ready, add the spinach to the minced meat, mix and add salt to taste.
Fry for another 5-10 minutes, stirring occasionally (do not cover with a lid)
