Darren - This is really good. A helpful hint though -- compared to the dialog, which is fine, the midi notes are almost inaudible. Some volume adjustment would make it better.

You know what this is probably my favorite approach to learn and your teaching is easy to understand once the player know where all the chord tones are. The problem is it need to be much louder as I can't hear them with out turning the volume up with a head phone. cheers

Yes, I was just expecting something like this exercise in chromatic enclosures, Thank's Darren! Would it be better to play it with a backing track of the key or is a metronome enough?

At first, just get it under your fingers and in your ears. Then practice in a few different keys, then, try and fit into a solo on a standard you may be working on.

Thank you Darren for another amazing content! I was a little bit confused about the how to create the enclosing on chord tones but with this excellent content everything makes sense to me now!

It's okay on a desktop or laptop probably not so if you use your phone. Apologies. I'll get it louder next time!
