I have two uncles that served in those wars. One of them was a ground assistant at the Italian airport in Oman during the First Gulf War,while the other one served in the Italian KFOR section during the Kosovo War and before that he went briefly in Croatia. I sent them this video, asking if the vibes of this video somehow matched the ones they felt IRL,and they confirmed it. They say something on the lines on "those were different wars than the ones you grew up with. The 90s were an incredible period: everything was changing,a chaos so big and uncontrolled that it was somewhat fascinating. The recent years are different: everything is changing, but it's like a swamp, where everything slowly stops moving" They are right, overall. I feel jealous for them. Also, the 0:51 shot depicting an Italian Tornado (or it could be a British one) with a desert tan camo is so nostalgic

@Atlanticgamer94 the reason why they said more deaths twice is to think of it like this, remember the Nazi Blitzkrieg into France? Then compare it the Nuking of Hiroshima and Nagasaki. The jump from the start of the war to the end saw some major jumps in technology that can counter the previously thought of best protection.
