This is a mobilising meditative movement practice I like to do daily and as a warm-up for my dynamic movement classes. It involves connecting to posture, full-body breathing, weight-shifting concepts, joint articulations and mindfulness. The practice typically takes 15-20 minutes and can be longer or shorter depending on how many repetitions you choose to perform in each segment.
You do not need equipment, just your own body, some space around you and a mind willing to concentrate and be intentional. Take your time. Breathe and move with purpose. Feel alive, awake and energised afterwards.
