To have childlike faith is to be expectant. Just like a child, we believe whatever the Father tells us. We don’t half-believe, we fully expect that what we have been promised will come to pass even through the laughing and the crying that Adam mentioned. Part of having childlike faith is telling God when we feel weary, excited, fed up, scared but still knowing that He will come through for us for His name’s sake. Thank you so much for this message🌼 will be meditating on this

Wow. Wow. Wow. Praise Jesus. This word spoke right to my spirit. The Lord has been emphasising child-like faith for a promise He has given me the past few months. The image of a child holding onto a parent's hand and being led contently, without knowing where they're going really tied in the message for me and produced a tangible clarity of what God wants from me in this season. His timing is just incredible. Thank you both, for staying in His presence, because when you share, it's so clearly guided by Him. Side Note: Sarah, does Christian Apparel do International Shipping?

I'm a substitute teacher. On Thursday, it was the last time I had a class of 8-9 year olds. I told them to continue to work well as they were already doing. And one of the girls told me that they had to think about laughing as well as it is as important. It was such a simple yet so beautiful thing to say and a very good reminder.

The first time I've ever prayed for my enemy was in 4th grade to my teacher. She was friends with my friend's mom and every time I was talking to my friend I would be called out and not her. Each semester we would have an awards ceremony and even though our grades were the same and my participation was more I was in 2nd place and my friend was 1st place. When I prayed for my teacher and my friend a prayer of blessing, it changed the way that I viewed them. Each time I saw them I would not be reminded of this unfair treatment. If I was reminded, I knew I need to keep praying for them. The 2nd semester I was tied with her for 1st place! When we follow God's way we are filled with true peace and joy. We need to stop trying to resolve conflict our own ways!! We must follow God's ways. If we trust God then we trust his Commandments. I am now 25 y/o and I still follow this way of praying for those I have conflict with such as my coworkers/boss, roommates, parents, etc. The first time you ever pray this way it is hard, no joke. It gets easier over time. You think that person doesn't deserve the blessings and you do! But did you forget that God is a JUST God? He will determine who is deserving of the blessings. God will also open your eyes up to whether or not you are at fault for any of the conflict. A lot of times our ego/pride blinds us from seeing who is actually at fault. When we see what is our fault we must repent for it. Whenever we follow God's commandments, we experience peace and joy. Our unforgiveness is what is stealing our peace and joy. The purpose of us praying for our enemies is to lessen our ego/pride daily so there is less of us and more of Him. Here's how to pray and ask God to bless those you have tension with/are jealous of/hate: --Ask God for strength to pray that prayer. --Ask God that all the blessings He would have blessed you with would be given to that particular person and it be overflowing. --Ask God to bless that person in their finances, health, family/relationships, work, etc. Ask God that every aspect of their life would prosper. --Ask God that all the things that person desires will be given to him/her even if it is disadvantageous to you ----Only ask God to BLESS and not curse or for God to change that person Each time you are reminded of that person/situation, keep praying again and again blessing over them. I pray that for anyone who reads this comment will give it at least a 2 week trial. it is worth it if you want to experience peace and joy in your life and to see what God will do. Even if it isn't your fault for what happened, when you pray and ask God to bless that person, know that God is fair and just and he will give the blessings to those who deserve it. When we ask God to bless those we don't get along with, we see the situation through God's perspective and no longer our own.

Jesus wants us to work and than rest, maybe i am doing my work without praying, maybe i am doing my work with the hearth away from Jesus and then when i rest He let me feel that... i am thinking loudly writing this comment because it may be useful for someone. Hey Sarah and Adam, this was such a beautiful relatable and honest sermon. Thank you :-) If I may add, what I find most interesting is that the strongest sense of peace and calmness comes from Adam who struggles with anxiety. I also fight severe anxiety and what most people comment about me is my calming spirit. I see that with Adam, and really wanted to share that because it’s a testimony that God truly is our strength when we are weak, and that those weak areas allow for His Sovereignty to manifest in us to the point it manifests as our strength. Also I think Adam, be encouraged, because I find that when God is changing something in me is when I can see the problem the most. I think the fact you are hearing from God so much about the anxiety you experience means He is healing you from it, with you both doing your parts. At 10.35 I almost cried just seeing your eyes Adam. The goodness and peace that’s in you is so evident. What a blessing you two are to each other. You’ll make amazing parents when the time comes I’m sure! Enjoy resting Adam, and Sarah I pray God gives you strength to trust Him more and enjoy that aspect of rest too x It’s a joy being your sibling in Christ x You guys are so lovely x Thanks again for your ministry x Stay joyful in His love x :-) x

Hello! Have either of you read the Screwtape Letters by C.S Lewis? If not, you totally should. It's a fiction book that entails a collection of letters written from a manager of the enemy to his nephew/subordinate. In his letters, he writes to his nephew what he should do to control people and get them away from God. It's good to read because you'll see how the enemy thinks, and what one can do to become closer to God--which is to do the complete opposite of what's written in the letters. Thank you for your channel! God Bless

I relate to the productive mindset that work no play mindset so much then when something goes left or if something goes unplanned I think it is because of something I didn't do productively .If I would of just did this or didn't do or buy that what ever the case would be then the outcome would had been different like she was saying the control aspect that ties into the lack of trust no rest. I also hate playing games, board games, card games, outside games, what ever it is count me out yall enjoy have fun lol then when I'm pressured into playing I'm irritated the whole time and do not enjoy it, because I'm like what's the point like yall really having fun and I'm annoyed lol. This message truly blessed me and gave me so much revelation. To God be the Glory.

Great video and thank you for it 🙏. I really loved the points made, especially the recognition of kids enjoying the simple things versus what Sarah said about “adults being caught in our lack”. That part spoke to me because I am currently praying about my own personal lack and how I would like God to cover that lack with his grace. It’s amazing how the further I progress, the more I recognize that lack in my life. It’s a weird feeling but it brings me closer to God. I also liked that point Adam made about how the devil keeps you busy. That was a very interesting point. The balance of work and play is most definitely the aspiration and the struggle at the same time 😂. God showed me in my own life how important it is to play and rest. Great points guys 🙂

Well, through you both ..God has answered a prayer. After a wildly vivid dream, I asked and prayed for clarity regarding its potential meaning. The dream was just this morning (same day you posted your video here). So, Please allow me to encourage your "inklings" to include/expand in ways are you led while recording. Adam being inclined to share an illustration at the end is what led to my connection. My dream: Sitting with people in this incredible glass cabin of sorts. Glass around on all sides, nothing blocking the view...and it was in the middle of a river. Like an island. The river (and surroundings) so beautiful and rushing rapidly. There are more details to potentially say. But ultimately, there were mass amounts of fish in the river right there with us. The river seems to flow through the "cabin". I was confused because they were catfish ..so I though perhaps the dream had to do with the now common term "catfish" ... so I prayed about its meaning when waking from it. .. Regardless if there is more to its meaning particular to me, Adam painting the picture of God's constant supply as a river really captures the dream. And it is something for me to learn and take on currently...trusting that. Thank you both. God Bless you and your marriage, your family, and all. 🕊

Not sure if I mentioned this yet, but it has helped me so much and maybe others can benefit from it. I once heard that if work, worship, play or rest was lacking then we are out of balance. They are all needs I believe and we live a full life if we can be well balanced and pay attention to each of those areas. For me, when I start to deglect rest or play, I get irritable and sick . To laugh is such good medicine and so it can be healthy to have fun and laugh. Lightening up when there is so much responsibility seems irresponsible, but it can give us that motivation to keep going and to do it with a bounce in our step. I feel rejuvenated when I have a good time playing or enjoying the fruits of my labor. To work and not give permission to just be or play can lead to resentment. I have struggled with this and have to continually remind myself to not take life too seriously. Thank you two for bringing this topic out. It does require us to trust it will all be ok when we let go and lighten up. Especially with the pandemic, stress is off the charts for a lot of people and laughing and looking for the little things to enjoy can make life feel worth living . Be blessed everyone and enjoy this day the Lord has made ♥️

The thought of child like faith came to mind today. My dad and I were having a picnic at the park and laid on the grass to look at the sky. He mentioned how when he was a kid him and his friend would look up at clouds and try to make shapes out of them, I instantly felt God telling me that's the way our faith should always be "child like" it can be like this all the time. I have no question about God's love🥺 He is in everything when we open our selves to receive him. Can't wait to finish this video. Keep following Jesus, he is working with you guys.

I love this video so much! Yes, I love the feeling of child-like living and believing. It sounds like something we are all learning how to do each in our own ways. I have learned how to play and rest more while living in Costa Rica. I resonate with what you are saying Sarah about being productive and working quite a bit throughout life. Living in Costa Rica is very slow living and everyone is late to everything! So there's a culture of rest and play here. I am learning from the people here and it is wonderful. For some people playing comes easier and for others working comes easier, I think both can be a way of escaping sometimes we escape into games and sometimes we escape into work, if you’ve expressed how you felt about not feeling that he’s present and nothing has changed I would say the best thing to always do is just pray for him to receive a revelation about it! 🙏💕
