Ryanair has been accused of taking advantage of an elderly couple after charging them a total of £110 to print their boarding passes.
The couple's furious daughter said her parents Ruth Jaffe, 79 and Peter Jaffe, 80 were made to pay a £55 each after mistakenly printing their return boarding cards instead of the outgoing passes for their flight from Stanstead to Bergerac in France.
Simon Calder says: "It was simply an honest mistake but where does it stop?".
