Morning guided meditations are a great way to begin each day because it connects you to your soul while quieting the noise of life. This 10 minute meditation takes you through the process of envisioning your higher self and becoming clear on the aspects of them you admire most. Visualizing a version of you that you strive to become is an important piece in recognizing what your life may be missing and what you can do to become a better version of yourself.
We all have bad habits, and routines that we're not proud of. Sometimes these habits were started by an older version of us who is no longer present in our lives. I love this meditation because it also helps you to get clarity on which of your habits aren't leading you towards the highest version of yourself and brings them to the surface so you can work on letting them go.
When you focus on certain goals, you direct your actions toward achieving them. And picturing yourself having something you want or being a certain way with your time helps you to shift into a better, more clear mindset.
Thoughts can become a reality if you put in some hard work along the way!
One of my favorite pieces of advice I give to my coaching clients is you don't need to know HOW, you just need to know WHY, and be committed to saying YES once the HOW is revealed.
