I’ve tried on a couple of Code’s and the textured strap (which holds its form in a way that makes it feel more premium,) is my favourite textile strap. It’s easy to assume it’s akin to NATO straps or plain rubber, but you really feel the quality of it. Great video once again and love that you’re sticking to more unique pieces.

THANK YOU! Firstly for taking part because that means the absolute world to me. The more discussion/thoughts from you wonderful people the more it pushes me to keep on going!!! Sounds like the code is more underrated than I expected, interested to see where it goes! 😮👀🎉

I Think the 11:59 is a watch to be reckoned with and mostly any watch will look amazing with an onyx dial. Put the two together, throw in a tourbillion and you have a winner. Great review Oscar

I’m fascinated with all the comments here as so far it seems the code is a real winner amongst our lovely little community Nick! Interesting take on what you said about the onyx aspect as the penny suddenly dropped for me that I can’t recall seeing an onyx dial I haven’t liked AND I am self confessed that I do generally find black dials a bit boring 🙈

@@officialwatches1 You're so right Oscar. Show me a black datejust and I'm not much impressed. Show me the onyx dial and all of a sudden its a totally different watch

The black dial is nice but i think the burgundy dial looks amazing and i much prefer it on the leather strap. Thanks Oscar for another great video.👍

As much as I appreciate the work and mechanics of a tourbillon, I’m not a massive fan of “open heart” dials. I much preferred the chrono version that you were wearing Oscar, especially in that lovely burgundy colour.

Andrew so lovely to see your name pop up my friend lots of interest for the burgandy so will have to get a video on that one too. I have just got the grey one in as well so might make it a cheeky double 😎 sending love my friend and this content will keep on coming bigger and better this year I promise 👊🎉🥳

THANK YOU! The support means the world Frankie 👊 yes I’d love to show the back too frustratingly all the serials etc are on the back. When we started out we tried blurring them but on open casebacks it was even in the movements and to be honest after seeing a few edits we just thought they looked a bit rubbish with the blur all over them. I hope you will join me on the journey I have so much content coming your way 😎

Interesting thought! Do you feel it wears too big? Or you just think it’d be more tidy in 37-39?

@@officialwatches1 yes sir, and its kinda thick, and for this dial it should be a dress watch, and AP have 37 tourb now, so its possible 😬 , but this is the turning points for the 11:59 for me, they should make more classic dial series

Interesting! I like the size but my wrists are borderline too big now at 20cm so I’m kinda forced into the larger pieces. So much more content coming your way!!! 🤝🎉🔥
