Think about these few questions for yourself and for your organisation
* are you creating a meaningful customer experience,
* are you spending time listening to them, and understanding their pressing issue?
* Have you ever think as Why do we lose customers? the answer could be .... many ways that you lose customers,
* IT could be natural attrition, competition, price, or dissatisfaction with a product or service,
* But most imp today static says 68% of customers leave because they don't feel valued. They believe you don't care about them. That means seven out of 10 customers feel that you don't care about them.
So Today Industry need shift in thinking i.e. Our highest priority is satisfying our customers, the human touch still requires me and you not AI or any tool, nobody can take it away from us, which is where we need to create our expertise.
Remember Empathy is the key.
