Craig I really think if you put your mind to it you could make the games. The strength is already there. The fitness just takes time, but it's not like your starting from scratch. You have fitness, just not crossfit games fitness. If you would devote your time to training for actual crossfit I know in 2 years you would make the games. Of course you would have to want to do that too. Whatever makes you happy keep doing it. I still love all the videos from you and Jas.

I’ve had tendinitis for about 18 months now, managed to tear my right patellar tendon along the way as well. It sucks and is soooo hard to get rid of! Any tips would be very welcome 🙏🏼

What worked for me against tendonitis: healthy fats Fat fish Nuts Seeds Eggs Avocado Olives (oil) And also As little processed food as possible :)!

You can actually get rid of the tendinitis by yourself. It takes time, but start massaging your feet, calves, knees and thighs. Break up all the tension in the muscles including the built up scar tissue. My knees used to be jacked up, but now at 43 my knees feel like a teenagers knees
