it's a 100% about a toxic relationship, she knows jesus is the virtuous guy, but judas is the demon she clings to, and bc of him she ended up being stoned to death by the crowd. it's like she had the chance to kill judas with the gun, but she smeared the lipstick on his lips and made the betrayal even more evident. judas mv is SO beautiful, definitely one of my favorites

Please do Taylor Swift deep dive her music career is interesting cuz she started with country music but she was famous like a pop singer after 4 albums she made a full pop album and people though she will flop but her first full pop album was one of the best pop albums in the music industry then after this album she had a feud with Kanye West and Kim K and they wanted to end her career and show people she is a liar (she wasn't) and people believed Kanye and Kim and they start tweeting about Taylor, they called her liar, snake and #TaylorSwiftOverParty was trending #1 worldwide and she was silent for like a year i think and i was interesting how could she put her new music and people hating her... her 6th studio album Reputation slaped everyone and her fans started loving her again her music videos have a lot of ester eggs in it. and there is more things... i hope u react to her.

As a Catholic, "Judas" was interesting for me to see the first time, because even though she's playing with the story of the betrayal, there's still some theological resonance in the video. "Marry The Night" was utterly gut-wrenching when I saw the premiere. I'd had a very bad weekend, and while I didn't have her level of freak-out, I was honestly wondering if I was some kind of monster. Edit - I realize now you're probably not doing "Marry The Night" yet, but it's pretty emotionally intense.

In Judas Gaga is playing the role of Mary Magdalene. Obviously the video is a modern telling of the gospel but the song can be interpreted in a lot of different ways. The toxic relationship, like you pressed on but also acknowledging an issue of toxicity and how it affects the rest of your life. It could be about a person or it could be about drugs. You have this thing in your life and you know it's bad for you and you know that is affecting you and those around you but you can't break away from it. It's very easy to associate it with addiction. There's also an interpretation of the lyrics where she's singing from the perspective of God because she says Judas betrayed her three times, holy trinity, and saying Judas kissed her when really he kissed jesus. If God Jesus and the holy spirit are all one entity then, from the perspective of God, he was betrayed by Judas three times, and when Judas kissed Jesus he was kissing God, and God, being God, still loves Judas through and after all of it.

Jesus was cuter and much sexier. One could say it has multi-meaning, which a lot of her stuff does. So, there's about humans this inner struggle to achieve a higher more sublime experience of life, and then there's simply the base animal Earth experience, which is so powerful, because we are so locked into it...we are part of it. We are it. Yet at the same time we sense we are also part of something else that we know has greater importance, yet we are so attached and in love with our Earth self...and trying to resolve the two.

I think it's more like how she knows that she's supposed to be with a good guy, but chooses the bad one (Judas), hence why they stone her to death, since she betrayed the good one with Judas. It's also probably metaphorical for how only death can release her from her toxic relationship with the bad dude since she doesn't have the strength to let go of him herself. I also think that the water scene where she drowns in the water is supposed to symbolize how she wanted to wash herself clean and get rid of her sins, but her sins are too big, hence why the water drowned her.

“JUDAS” is still being misunderstood. *The gangster bikers look actually refers to how Jesus and his followers were viewed as in that era. *Judas is a representation of sin. *The song was actually from the perspective of jesus that he’s a holy fool and still loves judas no matter what (sins). *she played mary magdalene telling jesus that judas is bad, and she was angry at judas for causing jesus trouble (even pointed a gun at him) but jesus convinced her to forgive him and show him love as she loved jesus. (That’s why it was lipstick instead to represent kiss) *in the end. she was stoned to death, her way of telling that she knew she will be judged by people who can’t understand. (True enough)
