'Truth is always going to be strong'...'In the darkness, changing our thoughts of war'... timely...today is the 50th commemoration of the Kent State (and Jackson State, which happened the following week) tragedy. 'We are the first generation to know that war really doesn't relieve, it just breaks the soul...' You sang it, Jon...Change we must. My grandmother (who had lived through two world wars, the depression, the Korean war) had, by the time Americans realized what was really going on in Vietnam, a poster hanging on her refrigerator, that said in bold, day glow lettering: Suppose They Gave A War And Nobody Came. She meant it, she knew things had to change. 50 years later, things have changed little. But within us, who hold the light - hoping those see it reflected within themselves - we still hold hope and more love, more light for further evolution of our collective soul. Change We Must. Thank you, Jon, for being a particularly significant light.

Great song to remind us what we all know. If we are to continue as a viable species, war can’t be a part of the equation.
