I came across him on TikTok and was intrigued to know more about his story. At first I kept asking myself why was I listening to him because he’d been to prison and I hadn’t. That was all I heard but I kept listening and I remained open and I’m so glad I did. He dropped so many jewels. One being “success is not success without a successor”.

I found Andra’s story because of my son who is in prison right now. He suggested I listen to him. My son is so much more intelligent than he will ever realize, he has a good heart and he often comes across the information like this that always blows me away and never forget it. I love my son very much, he’s just had a very hard life.

God bless your heart , your son, and your household. Peace be with you. I needed to hear what you felt for your boy, and what you said about him. Thank you for sharing that. My mom threw me away , and gave up on me, don't ever give up. It takes what it takes for some of us. I wish I could talk to my mom so bad. Don't quit 5 seconds before the miracle happens.

@@ramseybedford5345 it’s not quitting but saving yourself. I have 6 sons, of that 2 are grown. We have been through so much. But anyone hurting us doesn’t value us. I love them enough to distance myself. I didn’t receive all of the support that some people do but I did my best and a darn good job whether it stuck or not.

I work at the prison when I was 21. He telling the truth guys that was lock up told me I don’t have worry about them. I would have to worry about officers bringing in contraband. Boy was they telling the truth. I learned who ran zone in each building and who was over then. If there was a problem on the zone they dealt with it. To them you locked up with them not the other way around.

I have never been to prison as an inmate but I worked as a maintenance mechanic for PA Correctional Facility Services. I worked in 5 different facilities. Now I don’t know what happens inside the pods, but I can tell you for certain the turnkey is not unlocking that door for Kitchen access to an inmate who is not on a work detail period. There are 3 strict meal times for inmates and outside of them times the C.O.’s and prison staff use the same kitchens, eat the same food, they do have their own cafeteria/lounge area, but it is connected by the same common hall as the inmate cafeteria. I ate there almost daily, saved money on lunch because it was provided by the state at no cost to employees. And I worked 2nd and 3rd shift as to limit times outside of lockdown. Never once had I seen an inmate granted such privilege in over 7 years that I worked there. I think he seen this in a movie😂

It's so wild to be a prisoner and think you run it. That's the mentality and ego that destroys our communities....Everyone thinks they're running something but actually they're just a criminal. You wake up when they wants you eat when they want they lock you down when you want. Obviously that cook guy wasn't aware that he actually had the authority.
